Senior Executive Human Resources

Role & responsibilities

1. Developing and executing CSR programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
2. Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
3. Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
4. Working with marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling
5. Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives
6. Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment
7. Raising public awareness of a companys social responsibility commitments through marketing
8. Conduct needs analysis of individual projects
9. Coordination with stakeholders like Unit HR managers, Govt officials, NGOs etc.,
10. Documentation, preparation of MIS and updates
11. Proactive approach with positive attitude
12. Willig to travel to different locations

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program outcomes and impact.
• Knowledge of CSR trends, sustainability practices, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to travel.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, including with NGOs, government agencies, and local communities.
• 3-5 years of experience

Master of Social Works / equivalent degree
