Job Description
Position :- Manager Billing
Location :- Chembur & Worli, Panvel
Role & responsibilities
- Carrying out Billing Audit on the site to identify & rectify any Process/SOP deviation.
- To ensure all the Bills are certified in timely manner & as per contractual obligations
- Coordinating with Internal & External Billing Auditors
- Processing & Approval of all the RA/Final Bills
- Ensuring Taxation compliance by all the vendors
- Maintain project billing database
- Provide data to different stakeholders
- Maintaining bill tracking and overdue statements.
- Evaluating cost claims and variations.
- Maintaining records of Reconciliation of all the Free Issue Materials & publishing the same
- Inputs during AOP/ CTC exercise
