Role Specifications of AM Finance:
- Supervise entire Accounts payable and Account receivable team, guide in their routine task, allocate work properly and ensure 100% accuracy on data getting punched in system through placing strong review mechanism.
- Ensuring Compliance of all Statutory compliance like correct TDS deduction, TDS payments, return filling, GST working preparation, GST return filling. Handling queries of Zonal office/ Head office/ Consultant and respond.
- Closing monthly books (like provisioning, closing entries etc), Preparation of Financial MIS (Profitability, Cash flow, Fund flow, Aging analysis and few other financial MIS) and Quarterly Financial Statement. Also handling Statutory auditors to close MIS and audit in time bound manner. Also to ensure compliance with internal control, Financial policies and regulatory requirement.
- Treasury Exposure: Fund Planning and allocation of funds as per the requirement in compliance with RERA norms and coordination with other function to ensure timely payment.
- Ensuring Monthly / quarterly / Yearly RERA compliance.
- Helping Senior in Managing overall cash flow of the project.
- Have Strong control over Bank reconciliations, idle fund balance, MSME payment default etc
- Handling Audit, Handling all type of audits like Statutory audits, RERA audits, Tax Audits, GST audits, Internal audits.
- Continuously work towards automation and process improvement to increase efficiency in daily routine work.
- Facilitate communication between Finance and other departments to ensure alignment on financial goals.
- Assisting superior in task handle by him like working preparation for response of Scrutiny cases, Bank loan proposal, JV Partners management.
Qualification & Experience
- Chartered Accountant with over 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Well versed in bookkeeping, daily booking of bill & processing of bank payments, bank Reconciliation etc.
- Possesses a solid understanding of basic tax regulations including TDS and GST.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP Accounting) & Proficient in MS office.
- Demonstrates strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, making a significant contribution to financial management and reporting.
