Mis Analyst ( Sales Coordinator )

Job Responsibilities:-

• Providing insights to management based on dashboards & business database
• Collate and consolidate raw data from various sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
• To learn, adapt and implement new processes
• Providing ad-hoc analysis & reports as per management needs
• Data management - Reports Structuring.
• Strategic Planning - AOP (Annual Operation Plan)
• Maintaining Purchase Order Book
• Stock Planning & Mapping
• Liquidation Planning
• Punching of Purchase order in ERP / SAP
• Ensure Pricing, Scheme, Billing, dispatching & delivery
• Confirmation of GRN
• Sellout Drive / Analysis
• Sales Planogram - Partner-wise
• Placement of Products in Retail Chain
• Purchase Order Follow ups
• Payment follow ups
• Reconciliation of Partner Account
• Credit Note and Debit Note
• Sampling of Products
• Commercial for New Partner
• Ensure Posting of Invoices in Partner Ledger
• Timely alert of Overdue payment for Partner
• Service related issue
• ERP/SAP Knowledge
  
  

Skills and Competencies:-

• Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel (Should be well versed with formulas like Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, Concatenate, Trim etc.)
• Good analytical skill and logical reasoning
• Good Communication Skills and decision making abilities
• Proven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage a variable work load and meet schedules with accurate results
• Innovative thinker with ability to drive change and effectiveness through automation and process excellence
