Position Name: Recruitment Trainee (MBA-HR)

Job Description:

• Assist in identifying potential candidates through various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and shortlist resumes based on job descriptions and requirements. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure smooth communication with all parties involved.
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Update and maintain candidate databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Support the HR team in managing required documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
• Manage end to end recruitment
• Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate feedback, to assist in evaluating and improving the recruitment process.
• Help with onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

Educational:

• (BCOM, BMS, BSC etc) + MBA-HR (2024/2025 Batch)

Behavioural:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
