Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end design of complex Salesforce solutions aligning with business goals.

- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and trends.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, admins and foster a culture of continuous learning.

- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data management strategies.

- Establish and drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential: BE or MCA

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:

- Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce solution design, development, architecture

- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or equivalent.

- Skills: Expert Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, and integration technologies.

- Leadership: Previous leadership or mentorship experience is preferred.

- Special Skills: Experience with large Salesforce orgs (5000+ users).
