Role Description :
This is a full-time role as a Salesforce Practice Head located in Jaipur.
As a Salesforce Practice Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Salesforce projects and operations on-site. Your day-to-day tasks will include , coordinating with clients, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgeting.
- Team Coordination : Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
- Project Execution : Oversee the quality control throughout the project life cycle.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting on project progress.
- Salesforce Expertise : Utilize Salesforce tools and applications to optimize project outcomes.
- Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating them when necessary.
- Training and Support : Train and support users in using Salesforce features and functionalities.
Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the Salesforce practice, aligning it with overall company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
-Build and mentor a high-performing team of Salesforce consultants.
Lead and manage all aspects of Salesforce projects, including :
- Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgeting.
- Team Coordination : Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
- Project Execution : Oversee the quality control throughout the project life cycle.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting on project progress.
- Ensure successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce applications.
- Proven experience in Salesforce implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Ability to leverage Salesforce tools and applications to optimize project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating them when necessary.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to address project challenges.
- Train and support users in using Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Develop and deliver training materials and documentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering successful Salesforce projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are highly preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
