Godrej Industries - Manager - Diversity/Equity & Inclusion - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (2-6 yrs)

Candidate profile:

Experience:

Between 2 to 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Education:

MBA in Human Resources or equivalent from a top-tier institute such as XLRI, SIBM, SCMHRD, or similar. Additional certifications in DEI, organizational psychology, or HR analytics would be an advantage.

Successful applicant will contribute to the following:

DEIB Gap Identification:

- Analyze internal data to identify representation, equity, inclusion and engagement gaps.

- Benchmark against industry best practices and engage with subject matter experts to uncover external gaps and emerging trends.

- Leverage research studies (psychological, sociological, and behavioral) to address systemic barriers and drive evidence-based interventions.

Program Development and Delivery:

- Design and develop DEI programs to address identified DEIB gaps, ensuring scalability and measurable impact.

- Create actionable plans with clear KPIs to drive representation, engagement, and belonging across key cohorts.

- Oversee program implementation, monitor progress, and guide executing teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Address challenges during execution and ensure alignment with planned objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a DEI advisor to internal stakeholders, integrating DEI goals into business processes.

- Build external partnerships with NGOs, advocacy groups, and academic institutions to enhance initiatives.

Capability Building:

- Plan and deliver training programs on DEI themes such as specific cohort sensitization & awareness, allyship etc.

- Lead collaborations with external organizations (Social Impact Orgs, NGOs, skill councils, and thought leaders) to drive impactful initiatives.

Thought Leadership:

- Represent the organization in external forums and panels to position it as a DEI leader.

- Support employer branding campaigns and award submissions to showcase organizational impact.
