About the role
This is RHR role to handle end to end HR IR functions of around 450 employees employed in the seven units of AF West region including indirect employees. The focus will be on hiring of Sales / Non Sales employees, monitoring their performance productivity, compliances in the units, dealing with workers representatives and liaison with government authorities. The incumbent needs to work closely with Unit Heads and Team Leaders and extend support time to time by visiting units and attending MRM.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensuring compliances in the units under various labor legislations; liaison and coordination with all Government agencies.
Manage Lifecycle activities of all employees
Ensure timely payment of salary / wages including sales incentive
Provide HR support by visiting units as and when required.
Support in execution of key HR processes projects initiated by HO
Deal with workers representatives to maintain smooth IR
Who are we looking for
Education :
PGDBM in HR or MSW
Experience :
8 to 10 years as RHR in handling multiple units
Skills :
Critical Skills: Conversant with Marathi language and Mathadi Act
