Testing Fitter

Role & responsibilities

1. Experience in testing setups & instrument like pneumatic & hydraulic testing machines
2. Knowledge of fits & tolerances given on drawing.
3. Knowledge of handling tools like Electrical grinder, weld shaver, different files, hand drilling m/c, Riveting M/c, pipe bender, pipe cutting tool.
4. Knowledge of measuring instrument.(Tape, Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, Filler gauge.) will be an added advantage
5. Awareness of quality systems like AS9100, OHSE
6. TPM and Housekeeping
7. Employee will value the information received, effort spent in creating every piece of information and are determined to ensure that the right information is accessed by right individuals.

Employee will put all efforts to ensure Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information

Preferred candidate profile

2 Years experience in the Fitting department of Aerospace industry

Essential: --

1. Reading of drawing

2. Knowledge of fit and tolerances

Preferred: --

1. Knowledge of TPM

SSC - 5 years of relevant experience;

ITI Fitter with NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) - 2 years of relevant experience.

ITI Fitter without NAC - 4 years of relevant experience
