Job Description:

1. Ensuring mould changeover as per plan in optimum time

2. Meeting daily production plan as per target

3. Ensuring and improving cycle efficiency of the process

4. Reducing process waste like, scrap, lumps, consumables cost to improve profitability

5. Ensuring adherence of ISO related documents

6. Implementing poka-yoke, kaizen at machine for process improvement

7. Maintaining 5s at shopfloor

8. Developing CWM (Contractual workman) as per work requirement and on job trainings

9. Preparing training calendar as per skill matrix, providing training and evaluation

10. Ensuring defect free supplies of plastic parts through implementing fool proofing methods 11.Taking trial of new mould and material
