What youll get to do...
Work in partnership across our teams to identify performance opportunities and craft quarterly/annual media plans
Collaborate with strategy and local markets to produce: Quarterly/Annual Channel mix recommendations for audience target recommendations, goal setting and strategic presentations.
Identifying potential audience, channel, or platform expansions for testing
Own paid media campaign budgets and collaborate with local GTM campaign operators on all aspects of communicating spend pacing, identify critical metric anomalies and evolving resolution tactics and seek opportunities for budget optimisation based on intra-month performance trends.
Own data pulls, merging of data, and automation of report building and extract relevant data from internal databases and platforms (Google Analytics/Tableau/AWS Quick Sight)
Scrape and collate data from external sources such as social media platforms, industry databases, etc
Cleanse and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency, handling missing values, duplicates, and outliers optimally
Conduct exploratory data analysis to derive insights and identify patterns, and merge data from various sources to build comprehensive datasets for analysis
Use statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to interpret findings
Schedule automated report generation using tools like Google Sheets/Excel/Looker Studio
Your experience should include...
3+ years of confirmed experience with multiple channels/platforms, including: social (Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter), search (Google & Bing Ads), OLV (YouTube) or display (YouTube, GDN, DV360, etc)
Experience planning omni-channel tactics to hit a specific business goal - ex: plan spend across display/video/social/TV/OTT/SEM to efficiently drive traffic, or leads, or revenue, etc With knowledge of product economics and how to calculate - LTV, CAC, ROAS, etc
Experience putting together media plans, to drive business performance, coupled with hands on evaluation of media planning results
2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
2+ years in Account Management or in a strategy role
Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with manipulating and reporting on sophisticated data sets. Familiarity with corresponding tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel pivot tables
A customer-centric view with a passion for gaining customer insights and translating insights into marketing strategies and execution, including the ability to communicate sophisticated concepts clearly and simply
A strong self-starter, flexible and able to drive initiatives independently and run multiple projects
