Senior Sales Manager

10-12 years of experience in selling IT services, specifically product engineering solutions

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and emerging technologies

- Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts

- Experience working in a mid-sized IT services company

- Based in Bangalore with willingness to travel as required

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
