Position Title: - Zonal Business Head

Location: - East and South (States: - A.P., Telangana and Tamil Nadu Specifically in South)

Department:- Business Development and Operations.

Relevant experience:- 7 to 10 Years into Agri Commodity, Warehousing or Relevant Industry.

Salary Budget:- No Bar for the right Candidate.

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Overall complete business development activities of Warehouse Business (WSB) and Collateral Management business (CM).

2. Expand the business (with a focus on CM) by identifying potential business regions, setting the approved business targets, and distributing it across the BD team with accountability and increasing AUM.

3. Empanelling financial and lending institutions, adding corporate clients, retail clients, traders, etc., to the business vertical and do all efforts to increase sales & revenue with AUM. Maintain cordial business relations with all stakeholders.

4. Regularly coordinate with Area heads to achieve business targets and motivate junior members in such efforts. Setting the KRAs and KPIs for all sales / BD members shall monitor periodic progress.

5. Regular meetings with corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, retail clients, trading members, etc., and maintain a regular interface and resolve customer complaints within the TAT. provide clear and concise information, and be empathetic and respectful of others.

6. Share critical business and market intelligence so that BD plans are modified and efforts redirected along with risk assessments and ways to mitigate it.

7. Monthly billing to the client, collection of payments with follow-ups in proper coordination with the finance team with a tab on ageing.

8. Implement SOP related to quality, quantity, inward, outward, moisture, weight, documentation, upkeep, treatment, assets, etc., across all business areas/locations

9. 100% customer satisfaction with no complaints and losses through cost-effective operations, implementation of instructions, documentation and sharing of accurate and timely MIS / reports/dashboards with all clients, seniors including management.

10. Hiring and de-hiring of warehouses, effective business utilization per capacity and ensuring all legal compliance such as SLAs, quotes, rates per sq ft, approvals, renewals, licenses such as FSSAI, fumigation, etc., including accreditations and other related aspects.

11. Complete maintenance of quality and quantity of stored grains, and agro commodity at each warehouse with no complaints of pilferage, loss of commodity due to insects/pests/rats, through proper fumigation etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Agriculture or related field.
• Previous experience in the logistics or warehousing industry is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills, Leadership Skills and Communication abilities.
• Strong Analytical Skills, Decision making and Execution Skills
• Experience in Business Development and Operations Management.
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
