State Visual Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing store displays using planograms, window displays, and mannequin styling to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective visual merchandising strategies for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal changes.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Design and implement apparel layouts that optimize product presentation, flow, and inventory management.
• Utilize Corel Draw software to create visual aids such as signs, banners, and posters
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or related field (Retail).
• Strong understanding of color theory, fashion trends, and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in creating effective display plans using tools like Planogram & VM software.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Candidates must have experience in team handling
• Should be willing to travel in regular basis
• currently working as Area / State VM with at least 4-5 years experience in managing 50+ stores.
