Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious IT Sales Executive to join our team. you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the dynamic field of IT sales, helping businesses adopt innovative technology solutions.

This role requires enthusiasm, a passion for technology, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Identify and approach potential clients to present products or services.
Achieve or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing new business.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Use insights to develop and refine sales strategies.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
Provide accurate information and demonstrations to customers as needed.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed.
Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Team Collaboration:
Work with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Share client feedback to help improve products and services.
