Job Summary:
As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates from various industries through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals. You will work on identifying and shortlisting suitable candidates for job roles across different sectors, ensuring the candidates meet the requirements of employers. Along with the recruitment process, you will also handle documentation and compliance procedures to ensure candidates are eligible for employment and relocation.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for a variety of healthcare professionals.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and shortlisting processes to find the most qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.
• Manage the candidate's documentation and compliance procedures to ensure they meet the legal and regulatory requirements for employment in the respective location.
• Provide continuous support and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any field with exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) is a must.
• Experience in recruitment across various industries is preferred.
• Ability to work in international shifts (UK, AUS, US time zones).
• Prior experience in candidate sourcing and handling recruitment documentation and compliance is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent service to both clients and candidates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
