Job Summary:
Global Nurse Force is seeking a skilled and passionate OET Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in training students for the Occupational English Test (OET), particularly in the healthcare sector. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to healthcare professionals, helping them achieve their desired OET scores.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver OET training sessions, focusing on Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to students to improve their language skills.
• Develop customized lesson plans and training materials based on students’ needs.
• Conduct mock tests and provide detailed evaluations to track progress.
• Stay updated on the latest OET test patterns, assessment criteria, and teaching methodologies.
• Assist in developing study resources and practice materials for students.
• Maintain student performance records and suggest improvement strategies.
• Encourage and motivate students to enhance their confidence in using English in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Certification in OET/IELTS/TEFL/TESOL would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OET Trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the OET test format and assessment criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and workplace communication.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Patience and adaptability to cater to different learning styles.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.
