Global Nurse Force is expanding their marketing team and is looking for a social media content creator to join the team to help them scale their current operations and generate more quality content.

Reporting to: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research and organize sources and information.
• Create and manage the social media calendar (paid and organic) for Global Nurse Forces social channels i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Google Ads.
• Create storyboards or outlines to visualize how the video will unfold, including key scenes, messages, and visuals. ensure the video flows smoothly and effectively communicates the intended message
• Present ideas and concepts effectively on camera, using engaging visuals, clear and concise language, and a compelling delivery style.
• Writing, editing, and publishing engaging content for social networks
• Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
• Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Create long-form content for website landing pages supporting paid advertisements
• Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
• Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for face-to-face interviews, visa services, training, etc) for all channels including Google ads
• Coordinate with the design team to create videos and images that support the text. In the absence of the designer, create videos and images that support the text
• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social media Content creator, social media copywriter, or similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content writing, editing, and optimization
• Ability to deliver visual content like static posts, reels, and videos.
• Familiarity with CMS systems like WordPress and tools like Google Analytics, Meta, and LinkedIn Business Manager.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, Keyword Research, content optimization techniques, and paid ads.
• Hands-on experience using various social media platforms
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelors in communication, journalism or similar
