Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

1. Lead the design and development of aerospace systems, focusing on avionics, aerodynamics, and systems engineering principles.

2. Develop detailed technical specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

3. Utilize advanced modeling and simulation tools for aerodynamics analysis and testing.

Avionics and Systems Integration:

1. Oversee the integration and optimization of avionics systems in aerospace projects.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics and system engineering challenges.

Aerodynamics:

1. Conduct aerodynamic performance evaluations and wind tunnel testing.

2. Analyze aerodynamic loads, stability, and control for new designs or modifications.

3. Optimize designs to improve efficiency, safety, and performance.

Project Leadership:

1. Lead multidisciplinary teams to execute aerospace engineering projects from concept to delivery.

2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.

3. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

1. Ensure all designs and systems comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

2. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential design or system failures.

3. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for certification and compliance purposes.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong expertise in Avionics, including systems integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of Aerodynamics, including fluid dynamics, stability, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Systems Engineering, with a focus on design, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with aerospace design tools and software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, CATIA, ANSYS).
