Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst with 3–5 years of expertise in monitoring and securing organizational networks against cyber threats and vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in penetration testing, risk assessment, and incident management, along with a proven ability to implement effective security measures to protect critical systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Threat Monitoring & Analysis:
• Proactively monitor network traffic, systems, and logs to detect and respond to security anomalies.
• Analyze and correlate threat intelligence to anticipate and prevent cyber incidents.
2. Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Management:
• Conduct in-depth penetration tests and vulnerability assessments using advanced tools.
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across systems and applications.
3. Incident Management:
• Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, including root cause analysis and mitigation.
• Document incidents, provide detailed reports, and implement lessons learned to improve processes.
4. Risk Assessment & Compliance:
• Perform detailed risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
5. Security Improvement & Collaboration:
• Work with IT teams to implement new security solutions and improve existing measures.
• Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and support cross-functional initiatives.
6. Cybersecurity Awareness:
• Develop and deliver training programs to raise employee awareness about cybersecurity threats.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Nessus, or Burp Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and threat modeling.
• Expertise in incident management and forensic investigation.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and monitoring systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or related roles.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CISSP are highly preferred.
