Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with 3–5 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications to address complex business needs. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Java, C++, and Python, proficiency in Agile Development, and strong problem-solving capabilities. This role involves contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle while mentoring junior team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Design & Development:
• Develop and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Design software architecture and frameworks that align with business objectives.
2. Application Maintenance & Optimization:
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced software issues and bugs.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
3. Agile Collaboration:
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions within project timelines.
4. Problem-Solving & Innovation:
• Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into development.
5. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:
• Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical assistance and code reviews.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Prepare reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, C++, and Python for software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Development methodologies and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with software design patterns, architecture, and system integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software development or a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.
