Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Testing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual and automation testing for telecom and HRMS applications. This role involves developing and executing test strategies, ensuring application quality, and validating telecom workflows such as prepaid/postpaid activation, billing, and network provisioning.

Key Responsibilities

1.Test Strategy and Execution

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for telecom and HRMS applications.
• Execute functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure the quality of systems such as prepaid/postpaid activation, billing (BSCS, BRM), Siebel CRM, and network provisioning.

2.Automation and API Testing

• Automate telecom workflows using Selenium, Cypress, and Cucumber.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, and SOAP UI.

2. Bug Tracking and Reporting

• Manage and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

4 .Documentation and Process Improvement

• Prepare detailed test cases, reports, and documentation.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness

Key Skills and Requirements

Domain Expertise:

• Proficient in telecom systems such as billing (BSCS, BRM), Siebel CRM, and network provisioning.

Testing Skills:

• Strong experience in manual testing, automation testing, and API testing (SOAP/REST).

Tools and Technologies:

• Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI.
• Bug tracking tools: Jira, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps.

Certifications (Preferred):

• ISTQB Certification.
• Oracle SQL, Java SE 7 Certification.
