Key Responsibilities:

Programming and Development:

1. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and systems.

2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.

3. Work with modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

System Design:

1. Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure systems.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system designs.

3. Ensure the system design aligns with business objectives and technical constraints.

Software Architecture:

1. Create and implement software architecture strategies to support scalability and maintainability.

2. Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with technical standards.

3. Stay updated with emerging architectural patterns and technologies.

Collaboration and Mentorship:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.

2. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring their growth and adherence to best practices.

3. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Process Improvement:

1. Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.

2. Advocate for and implement automation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

3. Drive innovation by exploring and integrating new technologies.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or equivalent.
• Expertise in system design principles, including scalability, reliability, and security.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns like microservices, SOA, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams effectively.
