Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Solutions Architect with over 6 years of experience in problem-solving, systems integration, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable business solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration of systems across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Solutions Development:

• Analyze business requirements to design and deliver tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and develop scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions to business challenges.

2. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex business challenges by leveraging technical and strategic expertise.
• Develop actionable recommendations for improving business processes and operational workflows.
• Prioritize tasks and make informed decisions to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.

3. Systems Integration:

• Oversee the integration of new and existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align integration efforts with organizational goals.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the successful implementation of integrated solutions.

4. Solution Architecture:

• Design end-to-end solution architectures that meet business requirements while adhering to industry standards.
• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and solution roadmaps.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of solution architectures.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and present proposed solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Develop comprehensive documentation for solutions, including design specifications, workflows, and user guides.
• Monitor solution performance and generate reports to track success metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of systems integration projects and solution development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business solutions, systems integration, and solution architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools, middleware, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Masters degree in a related field or an MBA with a focus on technology management.
• Certifications such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or PMP.
• Experience in designing solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
