HR Executive And Generalist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Coordinate with department heads to meet staffing requirements.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company with proper documentation and orientation.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in conducting performance appraisals, setting goals, and tracking employee performance.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Identify training needs, assist in organizing training sessions, and support employee development initiatives.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely salary disbursement and accurate records.
• Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and prepare reports as needed for HR audits and management reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1year of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS software is a plus.
