ERPNext Developer - Frappe Framework (1-5 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a ERPNext Developer to design, develop, and customize ERPNext applications to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, Python programming, and a keen understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Customization & Development :

- Develop custom apps, modules, and features within the ERPNext framework to meet business-specific requirements.

Integration :

- Implement APIs and integrate ERPNext with third-party systems.

Technical Support :

- Provide support for ERPNext configurations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Implementation :

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize workflows, and ensure successful implementation.

Compliance & Localization :

- Ensure the ERPNext system complies with local legal and financial regulations.

Data Management :

- Design and execute data migration strategies.

Reporting & Dashboards :

- Create custom reports and dashboards to help users monitor key business metrics.

Documentation :

- Maintain technical documentation for customizations, scripts, and integrations.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe Framework.

- Strong understanding of ERPNext architecture and workflows.

- Experience with server-side scripting and REST APIs.

- Knowledge of SQL databases like MariaDB or MySQL.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ERPNext implementation in industries like manufacturing, retail, or healthcare.

- Knowledge of accounting and inventory workflows in ERPNext.

- Understanding of Indian GST and Payroll compliance (for Indian roles).

Qualifications :

- [1-3/3-5] years of hands-on experience with ERPNext development.
