JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Admin/Super-user level control on Performance Mgmt/Goal Mgmt Module Ensure system changes, testing, go-live/launch and ensure process improvement/system changes as per business requirement from time-to-time.
- Lead PMP data management, group level data collation of business / sector-wise / function-wise PMP ratings, preparation of presentation deck to GHB for annual PMP closure.
- Manage compensation data of employees (including promotion data, past salary progression, special incentives, etc. , and publish reports/dashboards on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Conduct compensation and related data analysis, simulations and provide insights for key decision making basis business/special project needs from time-to-time
- Support in benchmarking of HR policies & processes, program, practices in view of new development
