Key skills for the job
To manage the position management & org module in SuccessFactors and ensure data accuracy. The position holder is supposed to diligently manage the position creation process in SuccessFactors to ensure governance. The role holder would be identifying and implementing Technological improvements in SuccessFactors from Organization Design, Performance Management and Position management perspective
Position reports to COE Head- Organization Design & C&B
Position Management-
To maintain the Position Management & Org Module in SuccessFactors and ensure data completeness and accuracy.
To periodically review the position data health and drive data cleaning exercise across the group.
Custodian of Organization data in SuccessFactors and any other supporting software.
To prepare MIS and other ad hoc reports requested by Management.
To monitor the quality of Job Descriptions sent for Job Evaluation and provide feedback to HRBPs.
To undertake JD standardization & improvement exercise across the group.
To keep the Job Description repository updated.
Assess the annual manpower requirements for allocated business units based on zero based budgeting and provide recommendation to finalize Human Capital budget.
Assess Manpower requirements on need basis in various scenarios such as New projects, divestments, merger etc
Conduct small scale Organisation Design studies independently or assist Project Manager in large scale studies with respect to data collection and analysis.
To undertake productivity evaluation and exercise due diligence for each position before recommending for hiring.
To discuss the recommendation of OD studies with concerned CHRO/Reporting Manager.
To monitor the progress of the Organisation design studies being conducted by External consultants and address their issues.
To manage the Job Evaluation process of allocated business units and function as a single point of contact.
With External consultants (Big 4/BCG)
Interaction with various HODs/Functional Leads across businesses for conducting organization design studies
