Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and other digital channels.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
• SEO and SEM: Lead efforts to optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms.
• Content Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content that aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Skills:
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
