Worksoft UiPath Automation Lead (7-9 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the end-to-end automation projects using Worksoft Certify and UiPath.

- Define and implement automation strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify and UiPath.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in automation development, including code reviews, version control, and documentation.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on automation best practices and tools.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks (e.g., keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid) using Worksoft Certify and UiPath.

- Integrate Worksoft Certify and UiPath with other testing tools and platforms.

- Ensure the stability and maintainability of the automation frameworks.

- Lead and manage a team of 10+ automation engineers.

- Assign tasks, track progress, and provide timely feedback to team members.

- Resolve technical issues and roadblocks faced by the team.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Prepare and present daily and weekly reports to Test Leads on the progress of SIT, Regression, Integrations, and E2E testing.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders (e.g., project managers, developers, business analysts) on project status, risks, and issues.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the automation framework and processes.

- Identify and implement new automation opportunities to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation tools and technologies.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Worksoft Certify and UiPath automation tools.

- Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks (keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid).

- Hands-on experience with MS Bot Framework.

- Experience with integrating Worksoft Certify and UiPath with other testing tools and platforms.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
