We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing automation workflows using UiPath and other automation tools.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across business functions to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities : .

- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio.

- Utilize RE-Framework for scalable and maintainable automation solutions.

- Build custom activities and leverage workflow analyzers to enhance process automation.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA bots, including requirement gathering, development, UAT, production deployment, and maintenance.

- Manage automation infrastructure and lab setups, ensuring optimal bot performance and stability.

- Manage and configure UiPath Orchestrator, including bot scheduling, monitoring, and deployment.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including Project Plans, PDD, SDD, and status reports.

- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Grafana and Kibana to monitor automation performance and outcomes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline day-to-day tasks.

- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on automation tools and processes.

- Diagnose and resolve functional and technical challenges in automation processes.

- Implement error handling and maintain RPA solutions to ensure stability and scalability.

- Work with REST APIs, API authentication, Postman, and API Gateways to integrate automation with third-party tools and systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

- Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and upskilling within the team.

Must Have Skills :

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

- 6+ years of experience in IT with a strong focus on RPA, automation, and development.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing workflows using UiPath Studio.

- Proficiency in UiPath Orchestrator, RE-Framework, and bot lifecycle management.

- Strong programming skills in Java or Python.

- Solid knowledge of SQL and database management.

- Experience with API tools such as Postman and familiarity with API authentication mechanisms.

- Expertise in UiPath, Selenium, and related automation technologies.

Documentation : Ability to create and maintain project documentation (e.g, PDD, SDD).
