Job Description

Sales Head CCTV Surveillance and Infra(8+ years in sales, preferably in CC Surveillance/ IT Infrastructure)
 
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Customer Relations:
  • Develop business plans to achieve sales targets, including revenue, volume, and market share growth.
  • Drive monthly targets for revenue, order booking, and collections with both short- and long-term strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the Switchboard manufacturing segment across India.
  • Implement proactive pre- and post-sales approaches to build demand and foster customer relationships.
  • Manage and drive the sales team to meet project funnel targets and sales goals consistently.
Product Prescription:
  • Collaborate with key consultants and the specifier community to promote company solutions.
  • Utilize technical understanding of products to drive sales and achieve solution specifications as part of the overall sales strategy.
Market Promotions & Intelligence:
  • Execute market promotion plans to enhance the company s brand image.
  • Engage with customers through targeted promotional activities and provide valuable insights into market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Maintain market intelligence to keep up with industry changes, competitor actions, and customer preferences.
Forecasting & Channel Management:
  • Use project pipeline data to forecast monthly stock orders and sales accurately.
  • Manage channel partners effectively, ensuring they contribute to overall sales while driving stock and project orders.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead a regional sales team of 10+ members, providing mentorship and coaching to enhance their business development skills.
  • Foster a positive, motivated team culture and collaborate with peers across regions to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor s degree; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the CC Surveillance industry or related fields like IT Infrastructure.
  • Proven team management experience (5-10 team members).
