Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to support various business processes. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve service management efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and configure custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and maintain CSM-related features, including case management, service portals, and knowledge bases.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability in platform customizations.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement solutions to optimize service management processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Monitor and maintain the ServiceNow platform for peak performance.
- Handle platform upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
- Resolve issues and bugs related to platform configurations and workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, configurations, and customizations.
- Adhere to industry best practices for ServiceNow development and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Certification in ServiceNow Development is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in implementing and managing service portals and virtual agent solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles is a plus.
