Talend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL workflows and data pipelines using Talend to support business and analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources into target systems.
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data as part of the ETL process.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing ETL pipelines and workflows.
• Document technical designs, processes, and operational procedures for ETL solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest Talend tools, features, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in ETL development, with a strong focus on Talend.
• ETL Expertise: Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ETL workflows.
• SQL Skills: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and Talend components.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve data and performance issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Additional Skills: Experience with cloud platforms, big data tools, or other ETL tools is a plus.
