Job Title : ServiceNow Developer - ITSM
About the Role :

If yes, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM to join our team.
You will play a pivotal role in driving high-priority enterprise initiatives that aim to transform the financial industry.
Your contributions will ensure efficient ServiceNow ITSM implementations tailored to meet business needs. This position requires working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST to support US and UK-based clients.
Preferred Start Date : Immediate.
Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow Development & Configuration :
- Design, develop, and configure the ServiceNow ITSM module to align with business needs.
- Build and implement Service Catalogs using workflows and/or Flow Designer.
Process Analysis & Implementation :
- Analyze client requirements to identify optimal implementation approaches.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for ITSM solutions and workflows.
Customization & Scripting :
- Develop and maintain UI Policies and Client Scripts to ensure functionality aligns with business goals.
- Configure Access Controls to meet security and compliance standards.
Integration & Reporting :
- Work on integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop and optimize Reports and Dashboards for performance tracking and insights.
Documentation & Communication :
- Prepare technical design documents, developer notes, and other project documentation.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, including project managers and engineering teams, to ensure timely deliverables.
Required Qualifications :
Experience : 4+ years of progressive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in the Enterprise Technology domain.
Technical Expertise :
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end ITSM processes and Service Catalog configurations.
- Familiarity with CSM, ITAM, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, server/client-side scripting, and data import techniques.
- Experience with Portal Pages and Widgets.
Certifications :
- ServiceNow certifications (e., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are highly preferred.
Tools & Methodologies :
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred) and tools like JIRA or ADO.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools like Teams and Office 365.
Preferred Skills :
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Capability to lead initiatives and take ownership of deliverables.
- Experience working with global teams in collaborative environments
