About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to focus on leadership hiring.

Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Executive Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for executive-level roles, from initial sourcing and candidate pipeline development to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional leadership talent.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including executive search firms, networking, industry events, online platforms (e. , LinkedIn, specialized executive job boards), and direct outreach.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive candidates for current and future openings.
- Cultivate relationships with potential candidates and industry leaders.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, strategic objectives, and desired leadership profiles.
- Provide consultative advice on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Candidate Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments, including in-depth interviews (phone, video, and in-person), reference checks, and skills evaluations.
- Assess candidate qualifications, experience, leadership competencies, and cultural fit.
- Offer Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate compensation packages and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth transition for new executive hires.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Intelligence & Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent pools and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics (e. , time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate source) and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve executive recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in leadership hiring
- Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives in challenging and competitive markets.
- Strong network of contacts within [your industry] is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional sourcing skills and experience using a variety of executive search tools and platforms.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
