Associate Consultant

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS.
Extensive experience in Java and Spring frameworks.
Familiarity with Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain microservices-based architecture using java and Spring Boot
Oversee the Integration of Sterling OMS with various subsystems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, QA to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability and reliability with a focus on system uptime and customer experience
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development lifecycle by proposing technical solutions and best practices.
