Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements

Location: Pune

WFO mandatory: Though it is currently 3 days a week, the candidate should be willing to 5 days a week

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in any engineering discipline from a reputed engineering college.
8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Backend and Frontend development.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts.
Hands-on experience with:
Backend: Developing microservices / ReSTful web services using Java v.11+, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data and integrating with multiple clients
Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model).
Relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Object caching technologies such as Redis.
Event streaming platforms like Kafka, ActiveMQ, and Zookeeper.
Testing frameworks like Junit, Rest Assured, Spring Test, JMeter, Jest, React Testing Library.
Build and CI/CD tools like Gradle, Docker, and GitLab.
Frontend build tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
Proficiency with web and application servers like Tomcat and Nginx.
Linux scripting skills.
Knowledge of UML, software design patterns, microservices, distributed systems, resiliency, and security.
Familiarity with software development processes including specifications, quality assurance, and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders (managers, architects, partners)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Flux, Redux, and newer specifications of EcmaScript.
Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, Batch, API Gateway, S3, and Kinesis.
Knowledge of Python or Groovy.
Experience with search technologies such as Lucene, Solr, or Elasticsearch.
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
Ability to write well-structured technical design documents.
Keen interest in adopting new technologies and frameworks.

Design, develop, and implement scalable web and cloud solutions including Java/Spring based microservices and ReactJS based frontend
Build reusable components and libraries for future use across Frontend and Backend.
Optimize the performance and responsiveness of applications across devices and browsers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, stability, and scalability issues, providing proactive solutions.
Research and prototype new ideas, technologies, and patterns.
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of application changes and updates.
