GlobalLogic is looking for a Revenue Analyst to support sales territory planning and performance tracking. The role involves managing sales data, forecasting, and analytics to drive business growth. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements:• Overall 5+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or revenue management. • 3+ years of experience in strategy and sales operations within a SaaS environment. • Strong expertise in PowerBI for building global GTM data views. • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce CRM for data analysis, reporting, and planning. • Experience in territory and quota planning is highly preferred. • Ability to learn Skuid for building analytics views is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize sales performance and processes. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with senior leadership. • High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and deliver well-vetted reports. • A bachelor’s degree in Science, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• Sales territory planning and on-going management. • Drive goal setting, tracking, and execution to achieve strategic business objectives while ensuring accurate Salesforce data. Manage sales quotas, productivity, forecasting, pipeline, and conversion, identifying and addressing underperformance. • Proactively identify, track, and execute initiatives to improve sales performance and achieve key goals and targets. • Align with revenue teams and cross functional teams within Americas to provide key analytics, reporting, and data.
