Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled React Lead Developer with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our web applications, ensuring high-quality code and performance. You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the implementation of best practices in React development.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

6-10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React.js.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects from inception to completion.
Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js).
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Redux, and related technologies.
Architecture: Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical architecture and ensure alignment with business goals.
Code Review: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
Testing: Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze application performance and implement optimizations as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance development processes.
