Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead to oversee a dynamic team responsible for the complete solution lifecycle, from requirement gathering through to deployment and go-live support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud implementations, team leadership, and will guide both technical and strategic aspects of solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with end customers to understand business needs and document technical requirements. Solution Design: Lead the team in architecting solutions that meet customer requirements and align with best practices. Implementation: Oversee the team's efforts to build and implement the designed solution within cloud environments. Deployment & Testing: Ensure rigorous testing protocols and a seamless deployment process to production. Customer Training: Lead the customer training initiatives to ensure proper adoption and usage of the solution. Go-Live Support: Provide hands-on go-live support, troubleshooting, and post-deployment assistance. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, ensuring performance goals are met and exceeded. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication and project delivery. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team for more efficient project delivery.
