Job Summary:

- GWS is seeking an experienced and driven Manufacturing Manager to lead our Bengaluru operations from the startup phase through ongoing development.

- This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as the successful candidate will oversee production, manage teams, and ensure operational efficiency and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead and oversee production, maintenance, and quality teams to drive collaboration and maximize efficiency.

- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans aligned with sales forecasts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- KPI Management: Set, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

- Process Optimization: Standardize product flows and enhance manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and productivity.

- SOP Compliance: Ensure all employees understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and consistency.

- Reporting: Track productivity metrics and prepare analysis reports for the General Manager.

- Quality Improvement: Analyze data and recommend actions to improve product quality, equipment performance, and organizational efficiency.

-Safety and Compliance: Promote adherence to 5S, safety, and quality standards among all team members.

- Performance Management: Oversee attendance and conduct regular performance reviews, supporting the development of manufacturing staff.

- Budget Management: Assist with manufacturing budget preparation, monitoring costs and optimizing resource allocation.

- Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives that enhance processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing management, ideally in injection molding, metal forming, or welding.

- Experience in startup environments is a plus.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
