Job Description

About The Role :

BA/BS with 8 - 10 years experience

Strong understanding and experience in SAP Security concepts esp. S4, GRC and HANA

Skillful troubleshooting of SAP authorization issues

Collaborative and proactive in assisting team members

Deep understanding of business process and security methodologies

Understanding of geographical issues and work across multiple lines of business

Excellent communication skills including engaging with technical and business teams

Strong time management skills

Lead the project transition coordinating with project resources, take the handover from existing resource and ownership.

Clearly manage the project deployment and work.

Adhering to the project plans, business requirements and deliverables.

Operate independently to plan and prioritize assignments

Report back to stakeholders and US SAP Security team

Proactively monitoring the SAP Security issues in the projects and resolve the issues

Lead and deliver timely solutions for support and project issues

Communicate and translate SAP authorization requirements

Create and meet deliverables per project plan and Business requirements

Manage and delegate project work

Deliver clear goals and expectations to IT leads

Analyze and adapt to changing technology and apply to the needs

Set up and maintain process documents to make the activity more streamlined

Daily job includes service of requests, managing user access, troubleshooting as well as assisting with role design, role analysis, and managing project work
