Project Coordination- Resolving engineering queries through coordination between Architect, Consultants and Contractor.
Interaction with the Architect and other Consultants during Design of Structural and all Engineering Services Design.
Commence Execution Process with the Kick-off meeting with the Contractors.
Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and as per the Drawings and Details. Manage different project phases; provide problem-solving solutions as per site conditions.
Ensure collation of engineering and construction activity reports, prepare Project progress reports.
Review and Integration of Architectural, R.C.C. and MEP Services Drawings.
Selection & Optimization of Design, Materials, Technology of construction and preforming Value Engineering.
Selection of Construction Technology, Materials for Civil and Architectural Finishes.
Review GFC Drawings as and when required, visit site regularly, overall monitoring of project progress, quality of work and timeline.
Co-ordinate with the Consultants for Services review and finalization.
