AEM Architect

As an AEM Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AEM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end implementations, ensuring high performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performing AEM solutions.
Provide technical leadership for AEM projects, ensuring best practices and adherence to coding standards.
Define and implement AEM workflows, templates, components, and integrations with third-party systems.
Work closely with UX/UI teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Optimize AEM performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM and integrations.
Guide development teams and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest Adobe Experience Cloud technologies and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in software development with at least 5+ years in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
Strong expertise in AEM architecture, development, and deployment.
Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and Apache Felix frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AEM Dispatcher and CDN configurations.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
Experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs, analytics, and eCommerce platforms.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Architect or Developer is a plus.
