About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our digital experience team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AEM solutions that support our various digital initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of AEM architecture, development best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Component and Template Development : Design, develop, and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows to support various digital initiatives.

- AEM Customization and Extension : Customize and extend AEM functionality through the development of custom workflows, servlets, and OSGi components.

- Integration : Integrate AEM with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.

- UX/UI Collaboration : Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently within AEM.

- Content Author Support : Work closely with content authors to provide guidance and support on AEM best practices and content management.

- Code Quality and Performance : Perform code reviews, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and performance of AEM applications.

- Technology Advancement : Stay current with AEM and related technologies, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Agile Development : Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills :

- AEM Development : Strong experience in developing AEM components, templates, and workflows.

- OSGi Components : Proficiency in developing OSGi components for AEM.

- Servlets and APIs : Experience developing servlets and integrating with APIs and web services.

- JCR/Sling : Solid understanding of JCR (Java Content Repository) and Sling concepts.

- Frontend Technologies : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.

- Java Development : Proficiency in Java development.

- Version Control : Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
