• Create and share content that highlights company culture, employee achievements, events, and behind-the-scenes activities to enhance internal engagement and promote a positive brand image.
• Develop and post engaging hiring content that attracts potential candidates, promoting job openings and career opportunities to drive talent acquisition.
• Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.
• Design visually appealing content using Canva for various social media platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally.

Requirement:

• 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in Canva for content design.
• Strong content writing skills with an ability to create engaging and error-free posts.
• Experience in managing content calendars and social media strategies.
• Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
