About Us: We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in the HRMS domain to join our team. As a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for HRMS-related business processes and requirements, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
    • Work closely with stakeholders (HR, IT, and business teams) to understand and document HRMS requirements and business needs.
    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.
    • Ensure a thorough understanding of HRMS processes (e.g., payroll, leave management, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, etc.).
  • SPOC for HRMS:
    • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all HRMS-related queries, issues, and enhancements, providing expertise and guidance.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to improve existing HRMS functionality and enhance user experience.
    • Coordinate and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Solution Design and Documentation:
    • Define functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams for HRMS systems.
    • Work with technical teams to design solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are feasible within the systems technical constraints.
    • Create detailed documentation for both business and technical teams, including user manuals, training materials, and system integration guides.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for new HRMS features or enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
    • Identify, track, and manage defects or issues during the testing phase and coordinate with the development teams for resolution.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage relationships with HRMS users and other key stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment on project goals and timelines.
    • Present regular updates to stakeholders on the status of HRMS projects and enhancements.
    • Provide training and support to end-users and ensure smooth adoption of new features or processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor HRMS performance and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency, user experience, and business processes.
    • Keep up to date with industry trends, HRMS technologies, and best practices to recommend improvements to the current system.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Use Cases & Process Flow diagrams.
  • Documentation: Proficient in creating business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Testing Skills: Experience in UAT testing, creating test plans, and tracking defects.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail.
