Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct comprehensive new employee orientations.
• Identify training and development needs for employees and facilitate the required programs.
• Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain Quality Dashboards to report progress and overall quality metrics.
• Initiate and manage timely investigations, prepare necessary documentation, and recommend corrective or disciplinary actions.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
• Review and update employee rules and regulations as required.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Handle employee grievances effectively, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Maintain and update the HR information system and employee database.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Employee Relations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in research methodology, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage and resolve employee-related issues.
• A proactive approach to employee engagement and retention.
